Adam joined the Spears Funeral Home in 2009 and purchased the business in 2017. He was born and raised in Enosburg Falls and a 2007 graduate of Enosburg Falls High School. He is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. Adam is a member of the Vermont Funeral Directors Association and National Funeral Directors Association.

He serves on the Executive Board of the Vermont Funeral Directors Association as Vice President and he is on the Board of Directors for the Franklin County Home Health Agency. Adam lives in East Fairfield, VT with his wife, Callie (Lumbra) Goss and their 2 dogs, Zoe and Leo. Other than spending time with his family, Adam enjoys the outdoors including hunting and various sports. He is the son of Thomas Goss and Kelly (Jackson) Bailey.

Bill is a third generation funeral director and former owner of the Spears Funeral Home. He is a graduate of New England Institute in Boston and a licensed funeral director and embalmer since 1966. In 1979 Bill purchased the funeral home from his father, William E. And grandfather, George Spears who were the founders of the Spears Funeral Home. They were the successors to the Gibson Funeral Home which served the community since the turn of the century. Bill transferred ownership of the Spears Funeral Home to Tom Cook in 2002.

He remains on staff at the funeral home assisting with funerals and in an advisory capacity. Bill is married to Kathleen (Grant) Spears and has four adult children and eight grandchildren.

He is a member and past president of the Vermont Funeral Directors Association and a member of the National Funeral Directors Association. He enjoys hunting, fishing and golf.

Bob is a second generation funeral director and former funeral home owner, originally from southern Vermont. He is a graduate of the Albany Campus of Russell Sage College and New England Institute in Boston. Bob's funeral homes in southern Vermont had been operated in the family since 1919.

High School class of 1954. Throughout his working career, Sam has spent time as a Major in the U.S. Army, the VT National Guard, IBM in Essex Jct. and Franklin Foods in Enosburg Falls. Sam sits on the Incorporator's Board for the Nortwestern Medical Center and the Zoning and Historical Society Boards for the town of Sheldon. He is also a member of the Enosburg Falls Lion's Club, F&AM of Lamoille Lodge #6, York Rite Bodies of Masonry in Burlington and Order of the Eatern Star Swanton Chapter. Sam currently resides in Sheldon with his wife, Sally (Jones) Severy. His hobbies include traveling, playing cards, going camping and doing crossword puzzles.

Michael began working part time at Spears Funeral Home in 2012, assisting with funerals and visiting hours. He retired from dairy farming in 2010 and currently runs his own maple sugaring business in Enosburg Falls. Michael is a member of the Enosburg Falls School board and also works part-time for Pete West Construction. He resides in Enosburg Falls and is married to Tanya (Mahaney) Howrigan, together they have 3 children, Connor, Brayden and Shea. Michael enjoys coaching the many sports activities his children are involved in and hunting, golfing and playing baseball. Mark began part-time at Spears Funeral Home in 2014, assisting with funerals and visiting hours. He is a graduate of Enosburg Falls High school.

Mark retired from the military after serving in the Marine Corps and the Vermont Army National Guard. He is the former owner and operator of North Country Archery which was located in Enosburg.

Mark and his wife Christina (Emch) Churchill currently reside in Sheldon and have three adult children and two grandchildren. They own and operate ChurChillin's Ice Cream in Sheldon and Mark runs a small beef farm and excavating business also in Sheldon. He enjoys golf, hunting and fishing.
