African Vocal Samples Rapidshare Library

A complete list of free vocal samples that you can download and deploy in your own music! If you need free vocal samples to add a new dimension to your music, this list of resources is for you! This is a humongous sample storage site that has been building up its library since 2001.

I use two libraries for Kontakt: Ethnic Desert Voice and Ethnic Tigris And Euphrates. They are ok, but I'm not getting too excited. I also have Motu Ethno, that contains many Ethno voices.

The Indian voices are the best voices in that program. My best Etnno voices comes from some old Akai Library that I converted to EXS24.

Especial the Bulgarian voices. Don't know the name (have the CD that I converted them from stored somewhere behind piles of junk). I'm curious about Voices Of Passion and Voices from Israel and will check that out. Also look at the older Spectrasonics offerings: Vocal Planet - disk four 'World' - has some good stuff Heart Of Africa Vols 1 +2 - a mix of tribal and studio produced vocals tho not a huge number they are V good Heart oF Asia Also try Soundscan Vol 44 African Traditions There is also a great disk called 'Spiritualized' that was packed with vocals too but of a particuar type I used all of the above to score a 52 part African themed TV series and the samples worked so well in the arrangements.
